Oh man! Jumping into the lake in the middle of February is not something I ever anticipated doing when I applied for the job as director at Camp Kannawin, but I'm sure excited! There are many cool and rewarding things about working at Camp, but one of the big ones for me is providing spaces for kids who would otherwise be unable to attend. Last summer we were able to provide space for approximately 40 campers! This year, we're hoping to do even better, but we need your help!

Your donation will be split 50/50 between two projects:

The first? Camp Scholarships! Your donation helps us to provide kids who would otherwise not be able to come to camp the chance to get outside, spend time with Christian mentors, swim in a lake, hang out around a camp fire, learn to do archery, and participate in many activities that they would otherwise not have the chance to. Camp scholarships are a great way to support the ministry of Camp Kannawin!

The second? Beach Reclamation! Unfortunately, over the last few years, our shoreline has been badly damaged by high water levels. We need to raise $30,000 to install a new retaining wall to restore and protect our shoreline.

So far we've raised $255; to put that into perspective, we gave out over $9000 worth of camp scholarships last summer. Every little bit helps!
